Refund policy

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied and want to return your order.

Your return order must be postmarked no more than 7 days after confirmed delivery.

Items ineligible for return include custom orders and items on sale.

If return is not in its original condition (for garments, unworn and unwashed, for everything else, unused or unopened) buyer is responsible for loss in value.

No refunds will be given for decals that are damaged due to applying them improperly or placing them on surfaces that are not smooth and flat. If you have any issues applying your decal or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless their order arrives damaged or defective. In this case, I will replace the item at no cost to you. You may be provided with a prepaid return label to return your defective item to me if necessary.
