GGVinyls Terms and Refund Policy
By purchasing from my shop, you agree to have fully read and understand the following terms.
Due to various issues encountered previously, I require all customers to be at least 18 years old (or have parental permission if under 18 years old) to place orders from my shop.
Refund Policy
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied and want to return your order.
Your return order must be postmarked no more than 7 days after confirmed delivery.
Items ineligible for return include custom orders and items on sale.
If return is not in its original condition (for garments, unworn and unwashed, for everything else, unused or unopened) buyer is responsible for loss in value.
No refunds will be given for decals that are damaged due to applying them improperly or placing them on surfaces that are not smooth and flat. If you have any issues applying your decal or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless their order arrives damaged or defective. In this case, I will replace the item at no cost to you. You may be provided with a prepaid return label to return your defective item to me if necessary. If a return is requested, a refund will not be given until the item is back in my possession (delivered at my PO Box).
Shipping Terms
I ship orders Monday thru Friday. I do not send orders out on Saturday or Sunday.
- Decals and Stickers are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Any physical item that is not clothing (tag borders, AirPod cases, lightstick straps, etc.) are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates and Methods
USA
- Untracked & Uninsured (First Class Mail) - This method uses a stamp and standard envelope, and can only be applied for decal and sticker orders. This method is untracked and uninsured, meaning you forfeit the ability to claim your item has not been delivered by choosing this method. There is no guaranteed delivery date with this method. This method takes anywhere between 5-10+ days to be delivered.
- Tracked & Insured (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and all UPS methods) - This method uses a tracking number and rigid mailer/box/bubble mailer, and is the standard shipping method for physical goods (other than stickers, decals, and photocards) over 1 ounce in weight. These methods are tracked and insured, meaning if your item gets lost in the mail, I can refund you and/or send you a replacement. Delivery times vary depending on the option selected at checkout.
- Ground Advantage: approximately 5-7+ days delivery (certain locations take 26+ days for delivery)
- Priority Mail: approximately 3-5+ days delivery
- Priority Mail Express: approximately 1-3+ days delivery
- UPS: available UPS shipping options vary depending on the address given at checkout. Transit times vary between options selected, and are noted when choosing them during checkout.
- Tracked & Insured (Carbon Neutral Delivery) - This method also uses a tracking number and rigid mailer, but is fulfilled by Sendle, who donates a portion of the cost of shipping to efforts to offset carbon emissions worldwide. This method is tracked and insured, meaning if your item gets lost in the mail, I can refund you and/or send you a replacement. This method takes anywhere between 5-7+ days to be delivered.
Canada
- Untracked & Uninsured (Canada First Class Letter International) - This method uses a stamp and standard envelope, and can only be applied to orders under 1 ounce in weight. This method is untracked and uninsured, meaning you forfeit the ability to claim your item has not been delivered by choosing this method. There is no guaranteed delivery date with this method. This method may take 2+ weeks to be delivered.
- Tracked & Insured (Canada Ground Advantage and all UPS methods) - This method uses a tracking number and rigid mailer/box/bubble mailer, and is the standard shipping method for physical goods (other than stickers, decals, and photocards) over 1 ounce in weight. These methods are tracked and insured, meaning if your item gets lost in the mail, I can refund you and/or send you a replacement. Delivery times vary depending on the option selected at checkout.
- Canada Ground Advantage: approximately 2-3+ weeks delivery
- UPS: available UPS shipping options vary depending on the address given at checkout. Transit times vary between options selected, and are noted when choosing them during checkout.
Everywhere Else
- Untracked & Uninsured (First Class Letter International) - This method uses a stamp and standard envelope, and can only be applied to orders under 1 ounce in weight. This method is untracked and uninsured, meaning you forfeit the ability to claim your item has not been delivered by choosing this method. There is no guaranteed delivery date with this method. This method may take 2-4+ weeks to be delivered.
- Tracked & Insured (First Class Mail International and all UPS methods) - This method uses a tracking number and rigid mailer/box/bubble mailer, and is the standard shipping method for physical goods (other than stickers, decals, and photocards) over 1oz in weight. These methods are tracked and insured, meaning if your item gets lost in the mail, I can refund you and/or send you a replacement. Delivery times vary depending on the option selected at checkout.
- International First Class Mail: approximately 3-4+ weeks delivery
- UPS: available UPS shipping options vary depending on the address given at checkout. Transit times vary between options selected, and are noted when choosing them during checkout.
The buyer is responsible for any and all import fees and taxes with importing goods into their country. If your item gets returned due to not paying customs fees, you will be refunded the cost of your items but NOT the cost of shipping. Please be prepared to wait the entire estimated production AND delivery time on each individual item listing to receive your order. If you want to split your order into two shipments, use the Contact Me form at the bottom of my website to send me a message.
