Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
I ship orders Monday thru Friday. I typically do not send orders out on Saturday or Sunday. Once you receive a tracking number, your order will be dropped off typically within 24 hours.

  • Decals and Stickers are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • Any physical item that is not clothing (tag borders, AirPod cases, lightstick straps, etc.) are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days.
  • T-shirts are typically dispatched within 2 weeks, as they are made to order.
  • Jackets are typically dispatched within 8 weeks, as they have to be imported from overseas and are made to order.

Where do you ship to?
I ship worldwide using USPS, including to PO Boxes and APO/FPO boxes. The only countries I cannot ship to regardless of shipping method are Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria due to US sanctions.

For UK customers: you will only be able to purchase items from my Shopify storefront which combined weigh under 1oz, which are sent using the Untracked & Uninsured method. If you want to purchase any other items from my store, or purchase using a tracked method, you will need to do so via my Etsy shop so that it can calculate and remit VAT for you.

For EU customers: you will be able to purchase any and all items from my Shopify storefront. For items sent using any Tracked & Insured method at checkout, please be aware delays may occur due to customs and the new VAT procedures put into place as of July 1, 2021. If you would like to remit VAT at the time of purchase, please purchase via my Etsy shop where VAT is calculated and paid at checkout.

My address is wrong! What do I do?
If you realize your address is wrong, send me a message at ASAP. I do not edit or correct addresses unless you reach out to me with a correction.

I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR ORDER GETS RETURNED DUE TO PROVIDING ME WITH AN INCORRECT OR INVALID ADDRESS. The cost of the item is the only refund you will receive if an order gets returned to me as undeliverable.

If your order has already been sent and you realize your address is wrong, you will need to wait for your order to be returned to me before I can refund your order. If you don't want to wait, you can place a new order with a corrected address, which will be sent within the given time frame for that item, and a refund will be processed for your order with an incorrect address as soon as I receive it back.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I am unable to verify your addresses through USPS. PLEASE double check your address before placing an order!


My order arrived damaged! / My order was missing an item! / I received the wrong item! / You sent me the wrong size/color/item!

Why do clothing items take longer times to ship?
I source these items from individual suppliers, located in the US for t-shirts and in the UK for jackets, and do not keep stock on hand. This means that I have to order the apparel in your size and have it arrive to me before I can get to work on it. T-shirts take between 3-5 days to arrive to me from my supplier. Jackets take about 10 days to 2 weeks to arrive to me without taking into account shipping delays due to weather or holidays. After that, I begin actually making your garments. This takes 3-5 days on average, but could be longer due to outside factors. I ship jackets domestically (inside US) using Priority Mail, meaning it should reach you in 3 days or less. I ship t-shirts domestically using First Class Mail, which should reach you within 3-5 days. International orders vary in delivery schedule, but should take about 2-4 weeks to arrive.


Can you rush my order?
Possibly! Send me a message using the Contact Me form at the bottom of the page and I’ll let you know if I can rush your order. These charges vary based on the item needed and if the rush is a manufacturing rush (pushing your order to the top of my work queue) or shipping rush (sending it via a faster method).


Can I recycle your packaging?

For flat brown mailers: recycle with other paper products.
For paper envelopes: recycle with other paper products.
For any box (USPS or brown box): recycle with other cardboard boxes.
For white poly bags: recycle with #2 HDPE plastics.
For white bubble mailers: reuse with additional sticky seal, or recycle with #2 HDPE plastics.
For white Tyvek USPS mailers: recycle with #2 HDPE plastics.

All #2 HDPE plastic items can also be recycled alongside plastic grocery bags.


Do you offer any discounts? Do you offer wholesale/resale pricing?
Unless a sale is running in my shop currently, or you have been given a coupon code, my items are not on sale/discounted. I do, however, offer discounts for large volume orders for wholesale/resale purposes. Please contact me for details about wholesale/resale pricing!


Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I love taking custom orders, whether it’s a resize of an existing item or a whole new design. However, I only accept custom orders on my Etsy shop. You can find my Etsy shop here.


How do I see the current status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address used to make your purchase. If you chose Untracked & Uninsured as a shipping method, you will receive an email that your order has been sent, but you will not receive any tracking information.


I was charged customs fees or duties!
Charges for customs and duties are out of my control and are unable to be calulated or determined by me before checkout. By purchasing items on my storefront, you are responsible for any additional charges your order may incur before arriving to you. I do not mark packages as gifts in order to circumvent any taxes, fees, or duties you may be charged upon receiving your order in your country. I do not determine the customs or duty fees you may be charged, and I am unable to refund or pay for those fees preemptively. If your item gets returned to me due to unpaid customs and duties, you will only be refunded the price of the items, and not the cost of shipping.

For EU customers: please be aware that purchases from my Shopify store that are sent using any Tracked & Insured method will be subject to VAT. This will need to be paid by you before your order is released by customs. I do not offer pre-payment of VAT on my Shopify store, and this may cause a delay in your order being delivered. If you would like to remit VAT at the time of purchase, please visit my Etsy shop.

For UK customers: due to the VAT procedures in the UK, you will only be able to use the Untracked & Uninsured shipping method (AKA stamped mail) on my Shopify store. To purchase larger/heavier items that must be shipped with a tracking number, please visit my Etsy shop where VAT can be calculated and paid at checkout.


Can I resell your items for profit?
NO. Please do not resell my items on any third party websites like Depop, Mercari, eBay, etc for profit. Reselling my items for profit will result in a lifetime ban from all platforms I sell on. Please resepct the work I put into my products and my small business.


My item was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it!
After your order has been marked as delivered, your order has been considered fulfilled. If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please wait an additional 2-3 business days to see if your mail gets delivered. Check with your neighbors and your local post office to see if they might have left it in an alternate location. Afterwards, if your order has still not been located, please send me an email so I can submit a missing mail search on your behalf. USPS will then contact me and let me know if your mail was delivered correctly or accidentally delivered to the wrong address. If USPS confirms that your order was delivered to the wrong address, I will send out a replacement at no charge. However, I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you believe your mail to be stolen, please contact the police and file a police report.


How often do you put items on sale?
There is not a set sale schedule at this time. Most sales are limited to holidays or special events. Follow my Twitter and Instagram accounts for information about upcoming sales!


Will you sponsor me?/Do you offer merch in exchange for promotion on my social media accounts?
GGVinyls is currently not looking for any promotions or sponsorships at this time. Thank you for your interest!
